Lead Pastor: Amy Beth Coleman
Prior to becoming ordained in the United Methodist Church, I taught in public schools.
In addition to a teaching degree,
I have a Master’s in school administration from Radford University.
I attended Duke Divinity School for my Master of Divinity degree and graduated in 2007.
I have served United Methodist churches since 2003 in a variety of contexts - rural, urban, and suburban.
I have one adult daughter, Katey Beth, and I live on a family farm in Prospect, Virginia.
When I am not pastoring, I enjoy outdoor activities and reading.
Since I am from Ohio, I am also an avid Buckeye fan.
I am passionate about sharing the love and grace of God with all people.
My life verse is Psalm 23.6: Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
